We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly. We may refuse services to you for any reason whatsoever. Please notify us of changes to your order via email at [email protected]
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breaches please let us know. By using our site you consent to us processing your data.
Intellectual property rights in or relating to our website are owned by us or our licensors. We have no responsibility for external links or anything provided by third parties controlling such linked websites. If you create a link to the website and we want you to remove it, we reserve the right to ask you to do so.

You can manage and make changes to your orders at any time by logging into your account and making changes.
You may submit orders online at any time after you have created an account. Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from us; you cannot then withdraw or cancel your order except as specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions.
No order is accepted from you until our website displays an order confirmation message. This message is displayed after you have entered your payment details. At this point, a contract will come into existence between you and us.
We select the contents of your Fishboxes based on your preference list and number of people the Fishbox feeds.
Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe. If your payment details change, you must update your account accordingly.
You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
Our products are subject to seasonal changes in supply levels and prices. We deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom and the Scottish Islands, this excludes PO Box addresses and BFPO addresses. We cannot deliver to Shetland.
Actual delivery times may vary for you depending your address and circumstances affecting the overnight courier. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.
You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relates to the delivery of your fish
Although the courier service is a ‘next day delivery’ service – there may be times when this can take up to 48 hours if there was a delay during transit with the courier service and we accept no responsibility for this.
Products should be transferred to a refrigerator at the earliest opportunity.
We are unable to guarantee that our products are completely free from any cross-contamination between products. We cannot guarantee our fish is bone free and it is your responsibility to take care when eating these natural products. We accept no responsibility or liability if any injury or harm occurs due to the consumption of our products.
We cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. [The images on the website are illustrative and the Fishboxes you order may vary slightly from those images.]
Our products have ever been frozen and are always fresh. Please eat fresh on the day of arrival or the next day and the rest can be frozen for 3 months.
Cut off time to cancel your Sendmefish.com delivery is:
- Tuesday, will need to be cancelled by Friday at 16:00.
- Wednesday, will need to be cancelled by Monday at 16:00.
- Thursday, will need to be cancelled by Tues at 16:00.
- Friday, will need to be cancelled by Weds at 16:00.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions.
